With a little bit of care on a quarterly basis, you can help maintain the
value of what is probably you largest investment, your home. Below is a
checklist of items you may need to check in your house to keep it safe, healthy,
and damage free!
- Clean Windows and repair screens
- Change batteries in
smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors
- Check attic Fan
- Cut back
any trees or shrubs touching exterior
- Check roof for damage
- Repair all
cracked, broken, or uneven driveway or sidewalks
- Check exterior trim for
deterioration and touch up paint
- Have AC system professionally checked and
cleaned
- Test GFCI outlets |
