With a little bit of care on a quarterly basis, you can help maintain the value of what is probably you largest investment, your home. Below is a checklist of items you may need to check in your house to keep it safe, healthy, and damage free!
- Change batteries in smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors
- Check attic fan
- Cut back any trees or shrubs touching exterior
- Trim, cover, or bring in outdoor plants as needed
- Run all gas powered lawn equipment till gas is gone
- Test your generator
- Clean out gutters and drain pipes
- Change furnace filter
